Return Policy

15-Day Return  Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date.

 Exclusions

"On Sale" items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Order Inspection & Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any defects, damage, or dissatisfaction, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Parts cannot be installed.

  • Returns must be received at Timms Harley-Davidson within 15 days of the delivery date.

Modified Products

We will not accept returns for products that have been modified in any way.

Return & Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email whether your return is approved or rejected. Refunds are at the discretion of Timms Harley-Davidson.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping a Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. RFLS is not responsible for lost returns and will not issue a refund if your return is lost in transit.

Processing Time

Please allow 4-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Refund Status

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take 4-5 business days for the refund to be posted.
